To access credit reports and scoring features, you must register a valid account. You agree to provide authentic, current, and complete data during this process. The use of aliases or fraudulent contact details is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these terms.
3. Nature of Service & Credit Score Disclaimer
3.1. Informational Tool
Kaujalgi Sakh is a financial assessment tool designed to provide estimates of creditworthiness based on the data you provide and alternative data points (such as app inventory). We are not a bank, lender, or credit bureau.
3.2. No Guarantee of Credit
The credit scores and reports generated by this app are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute a guarantee of loan approval or specific interest rates from financial institutions. Actual credit decisions are made solely by lenders based on their internal policies.
4. Security of Credentials
4.1. Custody of Access Keys
You bear full liability for maintaining the secrecy of your login credentials (OTP and account details). Any activity executed through your account is deemed to be authorized by you.
4.2. Breach Notification
Should you detect any anomaly or suspect that your account security has been compromised, you are obligated to notify our support team immediately at business@wredprivatelimited.com. We assume no liability for losses incurred due to your failure to secure your account.
5. Intellectual Property and License
5.1. Grant of License
We accord you a limited, non-transferable, and revocable license to utilize Kaujalgi Sakh strictly for personal financial planning purposes.
5.2. Prohibited Actions
You are expressly forbidden from:
- Commercializing, leasing, or selling the application or its output.
- Employing data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools to extract content.
- Reverse-engineering the scoring algorithms or source code.
- Sharing your account access with third parties to bypass usage limits.

7. Service Continuity and Modifications
7.1. Operational Uptime
While we strive for 24/7 availability, we do not guarantee that the interface will be error-free or uninterrupted. We reserve the right to take the system offline for maintenance without prior warning.

We reserve the absolute right to suspend or delete your account without notice if we detect a violation of these terms, including but not limited to the input of malicious data or attempts to hack the system.
